Campbell Cloud Films became a Community Interest Company (CIC) on the 29th January 2018. Until then it had been run by Jean Hogg (Married name, Clack) trading as Campbell Cloud Films. When we became a CIC I welcomed three other directors to the organisation Cinematographer, Jun Keung Cheung; Lecturer and Screenwriter, Nicholas Wright; Retired social care worker, Sally Pounds.
We currently run two community projects Norwich Film Workshop and In Your Shoes.
Our registered office is Enterprise Enterprise Hub, UOS, Neptune Quay, Ipswich, Suffolk, 1P4 1QJ.
We will not sell or trade your information to anyone for marketing or any other purpose. We will not pass your details on to anyone else and will always treat your information with respect.

Mailing list database
We will only send email newsletters to people who have signed up for this service. This might be via my website, or through signing up for a training course or event run by Campbell Cloud Films CIC. We use an application called Mail Chimp, and in addition to name and email, it may sometimes include additional information such as a postal address or approximate location in the UK, or global location. We, therefore, will not pass any of this information to any third parties.
Currently, we do not hold a postal database.
Workshop / Production participants
We compile a spreadsheet on Google Drive, which will include participants on workshops and those involved in productions and attend events. We keep all paperwork private and secure. Again, we will never pass on any information to any third parties.
I do not make use of visitor browsing information from people visiting my websites beyond general statistics such as visitor numbers and the approximate UK and global visitor location. This is done using a third party service, and we do not attempt to identify individual users.
I have not knowingly added cookies to my websites. However, the web hosts that my specific sites use may have cookies embedded in them which collect browser information. These include WordPress.com, Google, Stat Counter, and Mailchimp, and potentially some social media providers that link to my website. For more information on this, please refer to the individual Privacy Policies of these various others.
You can unsubscribe from my e-newsletter and any database that l hold at any time, by emailing me requesting your email address be removed at firstname.lastname@example.org or through the form on our website.
